Kanjirapuzha Dam is situated 34 km from Palakkad. The Kanjirapuzha Dam is a beautiful damside surrounded by beautiful hills.

This reservoir is surrounded by an evergreen forest named Vettilchola. Three islands have made a special attraction in all sides of the reservoir. The islands have commercially diverse and endemic creatures.
